Beautiful but really hot day in the qc.  Got lights put on the fence ready for it to be dark so I can see
How they look.  Very fancy!  Putting an old chair and a pot of nasturtiums on the seat. Little bit
Of vintage. And planting some veggie seeds in an old rectangular gas grill. Kind of fun watching
Them grow. Carrots, radishes, and cucumbers. Gotta water tonight not enough rain to help

Hello again sweet blog maybe this time I will have more to say..

clouds are covering the sun

kind of missed blogging, so I'm going to write today and then hopefully keep it up.  I've been retired almost 2 years  I'm working 3 afternoons at Schroders and volunteering at Trinity 2 mornings a week.  I like the 100.00 a week that I make.  It comes in handy.  I love the volunteering, I like helping people find their way around.

I still try to sew, I made a cute jacket and now have a skirt  and top to finish.  I always feel guilty if I don't do something creative.  I feel like its in me but I don't always want to...I think it is because I think I will fail, and really who wants to fail.  I haven't crocheted much,  I was going hog wild this time last year but I'm not feeling it right now.  I'm trying to keep up with my reading and have a long list of wishes from the library.  I still like holding the book and turning the page.  but I still use my Ipad for the free downloads.

The yard is looking good.  If I could keep the pesky rabbits out I would be happier.  Knock on wood, I haven't seen any signs of deer in the yard.  The eat the hosta and sedum to the ground.  I am making a sign for the yard out of an old headboard.  It is kind of ornate I am going to paint the outside a fun color and the the flat part I'm going to use chalkboard paint.  I think we will put the words Bloomin Possibilites on it and stick it in the yard somewhere.  Our yard is always a work in progress and loaded with possibilities.

Looking for a ray of sunshine....

Peace out
